MEET THE GROUP

The four behind the kefi.

Two lead vocalists, bouzouki, keyboards, guitar, and drums — and the showmanship, stage presence, and kefi that put Oneiro a level above.

Yianni — Keyboards & Vocals

Yianni

Keyboards · Lead Vocals · Founding Member

Yianni began his musical career at an extremely young age and grew into an exceptional musician, mastering a wide variety of instruments. Though his true love is the piano, he also plays guitar, bouzouki, drums, and percussion. Originally trained in jazz and musical theory, his special fondness for Greek music shaped the group's unique sound. As a founding member, his dedication is matched only by his unbelievable performing and solid lead vocals.

Andreas — Bouzouki & Vocals

Andreas

Bouzouki · Vocals

Originally a classical pianist — mastering Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Gershwin and more — Andreas performed these works in front of many audiences before picking up his first bouzouki at a young age. Self-taught, he favors the great bouzouxithes: Manolis Chiotis, Manolis Karandinis, and of course Tsitsanis. His love and passion for the bouzouki is evident every moment he is on and off the stage, and his interpretations of Greek music are both unique and appealing.

Dimitris — Guitar

Dimitris

Guitar · Founding Member

Dimitris owes much of his skill on the guitar to his father, who started him on the instrument — he essentially grew up with a guitar in his hands. He found his true passion experimenting with blues and rock, and upon co-founding Oneiro he merged those techniques into a lively, smooth style of rhythm guitar. His rhythmic style is the backbone of the group's groove and drive.

Sotiris — Drums & Percussion

Sotiris

Drums · Percussion

Sotiris began performing at a young age, sitting in with bands throughout his youth and playing live alongside his father and uncle — accomplished dimotiko musicians. More than a decade ago he took charge of his growth and trained under the group's keyboardist, Yianni. After years of practice, dedication, and discipline he became an exceptional musician — a true asset to the group, and the heartbeat of its rhythm and groove.
